Bambi has asked for an immediate prayer request for her son. He is a police man who will be going undercover today to try to catch some very bad people. Going undercover means he cannot wear his bullet proof vest and she is very concerned.
She asks that her son may receive God’s courage, wisdom and protection. Let him just know all of the right moves to make when everything is going down in order to keep him safe. Please also pray for Bambi that she receives HIS strength as well!
We wait in hope for the Lord; he is our help and our shield. In him our hearts rejoice, for we trust in his holy name. May your unfailing love rest upon us, O Lord, even as we put your hope in you. Psalm 33:20-22

I will be praying the Armor of God prayer over both of you. It is a favorite of mine as I feel the it just gives us so much strength, courage, and protection as we face the trials of each day. I'm not sure if you are familiar with it or not but it is Ephesians 6: 10-18
"Finally, be strong in the Lord and in his mighty power. Put on the full armor of God so that you can take your stand against the devil's schemes. For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against spiritual forces of evil in heavenly realms. Therefore put on the full armor of God, so that when the day of evil comes, you may be able to stand your ground, and after you have done everything to stand. Stand firm then, with the belt of truth buckled around your waist, with the breastplate of righteousness in place, and with your feet fitted with the readiness that comes from the gospel of peace. In addition to all this, take up the shield of faith, with which you can extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one. Take the helmet of salvation and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God. And pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests. With this in mind, be alert and always keep on praying for the saints."
